Great service. Very Professional and knowledgeable. Came over and fixed my fridge and dishwasher on the first visit.

Professional, knowlegdeable, (knew that as soon as he tapped buttons and opened the service module on our LG Steam Washer), quick, had the necessary part with him ( no two part service call). I now have my go to guy for appliance repair.

Our dishwasher had 'died' for quite some time and my wife finally had enough of doing dishes by hand. So we Googled and found Liberty. My wife called and the young gentleman was at our house just over an hour later. He quickly diagnosed the problem (wiring), and had it repaired within 20 minutes. We enjoyed truly excellent service from Liberty Appliance Repair. Our fridge had stopped working so a fast response to our enquiry was essential if we were not to lose a load of food. We phoned at 8am and by 4pm the engineer, Amin, was with us. He quickly diagnosed the fault which required the replacement of the printed circuit control board. The part was carried in his truck so that by 4.45 the fridge was up and running. The cost was perfectly reasonable with absolutely no attempt to exploit our situation. We highly recommend this company and they will be our first port of call if we need help in the future.

My Samsung brand dishwasher had stopped working. I called Liberty to request a service call. Over the phone they were able to help me trouble shoot and solve the problem. Great customer service!

Our dryer went out and at our house it gets used almost daily. I called Imran and he had us booked the next day. He came prepared and was well organized and clean. He seemed very knowledgeable and had the dryer opened and diagnosed very quickly. He gave me multiple options and a great price and was done the work very quick. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service of Liberty Appliance Repair. Imran gave me an estimate ahead of time based on my description of the problem with my 7 year old dryer. He scheduled next day service and arrived on time. He was polite and quickly diagnosed the issue and he had the parts on hand to fix it at the same time. His price was very reasonable too. I’ll be calling again should something else breakdown.

They were also accommodating to check out a secondary problem and found a solution that didn’t involve a full replacement of the appliance. Great service and very professional. I called about my fridge which had suddenly stopped cooling. Imran answered right away even though it was a Sunday. With just a few questions, he explained my options. His advice was honest and not at all self-serving. He could have come out and charged me for that assessment. I will definitely call Liberty again should I need an appliance repaired.
