Imran has looked after our properties for a few years now. He is efficient and his rates are reasonable. He has saved us a number of times by trouble-shooting with us over the phone and fixing the problem - at no charge :). He gets to the bottom of the problem quickly and resolves issues quickly. Imran fixed my Samsung fridge this afternoon. He quickly identified the problem, explained it, and fixed it. Imran was very professional - he was upfront with the cost before he began work and also brought floor protection to roll the fridge onto so as to access the back. He also had spare parts in his vehicle. Imran provided a time range of when he would arrive and he was punctual within that window. He worked efficiently and diligently. He is very nice and respectful, answering all my questions. I will call Imran at Liberty Appliance Repair for any future repairs that may arise.

My fridge stopeed working Sunday and had phoned several repair places Monday morning. Unfortunately no one can get it done the same day, worst part is quite a lot of them doesn't service Samsung fridge. Very lucky to find Imran... he returned my call right away and came in at 6:30 p.m. as scheduled.Very impressed coz he got all the parts he thinks he need to change on the fridge when he came in.
