I placed a call for my washing machine and they came out the following day. They told me they would call between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM and they called at 8:40. They said they would be here between 11:00 and 1 PM and they arrived a bit past 11:00 AM. Was very happy with the service and the technician who came out. Very professional and thorough. He reprogrammed the cycles and then ran it thru a small (short) cycle. I would use them again in a minute. Thanks Liberty.

Jule came to find the problem with my Whirlpool fridge. He quickly reset it and hoped that that was all it needed. A few days later Jule was back and installed the motherboard that was required. Jule is the most polite, friendly, and knowledgeable service man I have ever met. I was looking after my son's golden retriever at the time and he was very open to paying her attention. I have used a different company to service my appliances for the last 20 years, but from now on I will be calling Liberty because of the service that Jule performed. He is a jewel.
