Our dryer went out and at our house it gets used almost daily. I called Imran and he had us booked the next day. He came prepared and was well organized and clean. He seemed very knowledgeable and had the dryer opened and diagnosed very quickly. He gave me multiple options and a great price and was done the work very quick. Imran was awesome. He offered next day service but I asked if he could come today and he did. He efficiently repaired my dryer. He is friendly and professional. I would recommend him. Updated- I had an issue with my washer - it just stopped mid-cycle. Imran came and got it to work but still suspected that the locking mechanism was the issue. It worked for a couple more months and today I just couldn’t get it working. I called and Imran came right away so I didn’t have to change my plans later. It’s fixed and all is good in my laundry world again. Imran is completely professional and I have appreciated the work he’s done for me.

I had the bottom burner of my oven snap at dinner last night. I was able to talk to someone about an hour before they closed, find out they had the part and the next day they were here to fix our stove. I recieved a call in the morning with a time they will be here, between 1 and 3 and he was here at 1! Super fast, very professional service and exactly as quoted. Imran completely saved us. An out of control underwire from a bra blocked the impella of our washing machine. He came late in the day and fixed it within an hour. I am always a bit leery of using companies I find on the internet because you don’t know if all the reviews are legitimate. My fears were unfounded. I called Liberty and Imran the technician arrived on time and diagnosed the issue with my gas oven in a few minutes, very polite and explained the issue with my oven. The repair was done quickly.
