I contacted Liberty due to their google reviews and I'm happy I did! I thought my washing machine was toast but he had it was working again in less than 30 minutes. Super fast and great customer service, I called in the morning and my washing machine was fixed the afternoon of the same day. Pricing was very fair also, well under what I expected to pay. Will be using Liberty in the future for any appliance repairs.

They were able to fit me in on the same day I called. Service was fast and not too expensive. I’m happy to recommend them.

I never never write reviews but I am today. My washing machine would not start, full on panicked mood as this is the last thing I want or need... “how much is this gonna cost me”.. I called everyone I know and see if they know anyone who fixes washing machine.. but there was no one. So I ended up googling for one, did my research and ended up with Liberty Appliance Repair, read all the AWESOME /POSITIVE reviews and that’s how I ended up calling Emran(the guy who owns the company) All his reviews were genuine/legit and trusted them right away. He has reasonable/ affordable pricing. No BS when it came down to $$$. Didn’t try to tell me I need that I need this... diagnose the problem and fixed it.. it was a painless experienced as I am very wary for repairman people that tries to ripped you off. Call Emran.. he is your guy.. you will not regret it.

I was pretty desperate with a fridge and freezer full of food and it just stopped working all of a sudden on a Sunday. I was calling since Sunday afternoon and Monday early in the morning to find someone to help. Finally, I came across Liberty Appliance Repair’s number by googling and called. Imran returned my call immediately. I was squeezed in that day, parts ordered and fridge finally fixed the next day once the parts arrived. Imran was very professional and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. I am one happy mom. Imran is the man! Call out charge was reasonable and was able to track down the part for my stove and install at a great rate. Won't hesitate to call on him again should we need to.

Imran was great. He called when he said he would and arrived within the time frame he gave me. He figured out what was wrong with our dryer, went to his other call, picked up our part came back and did the repair within a 2 hour window. Excellent service! Would highly recommend for all types of appliance fixes. We have a small apartment sized dishwasher that stopped draining and wanted to get it back up and running before Christmas. Not only did Imran, the Technican, accommodate for same day service he also brought the part with him that he thought was the problem and had it fixed same day for us! Overall outstanding service, very professional and friendly. I would recommend to friends and family and would call again if any other appliances failed on me!

The first place I called about repairing my gas oven (which wasn't starting) told me on the phone they were really hard to fix and it was probably better to just buy a brand-new oven. Imran from Liberty diagnosed the problem within five minutes of showing up and had it up and running 10 minutes later (and fixed our garburator in a couple minutes too). Very impressed. I'll be using Liberty Appliance Repair again and recommending them to all my friends!

On thanksgiving 2018 I woke up to a pool of water on the kitchen floor next to the fridge. I was not sure if it was the fridge or not but I thought I would start there. I went on line for appliance repair places in the surrey area where I live. Almost all of them said 24 hrs a day 7 days a week service. I randomly picked two companies in which neither answered. I chose not to leave a voice mail. Then I read those two cops y reviews. They were not great. I now conducted my search of an appliance repair place by reading their reviews. I was happy to have found Liberty. Their reviews were awesome. I was pleasantly surprised when I called and someone answered. Imran was that someone. He was very polite and understanding of my situation while I was panicking. He said he could come out first thing in the morning, which he did but not before helping me to review a few areas where the leak could be coming from. He asked for the make and model details of the fridge and a summary of what was happening now after the water was cleaned up. I felt like I was in great hands. Keeping a towel around the bottom of the fridge also made me feel like I had some control so I could cook my thanksgiving dinner and have my family over as planned. There was a ice build up in the bottom of the freezer. Irman diagnose this very quickly and with in 30 minutes my fridge with repaired . Besides the freeway service both by phone and in person, I was delighted when the cost to fix the fridge was under $100 dollars. Mary places charge more than just just to come out for a service call I would highly recommend Liberty appliances To everyone and will most definitely use their services again if you need .
