Had trouble with follow through of scheduled repair and outstanding information for a dishwasher part. Tech came quickly once called for washing machine repair, but I should not have had to call. I was left on my own to figure out dishwasher part, still not fixed. Friendly and quick repair once on site. Will look elsewhere next time.

From my first call, I was impressed with Imran. He was able to diagnose our washing machine’s issue over the phone in a few minutes then came and repaired it before any laundry piled up. Imran was very professional and respectful to my elderly father, my curious son, and me as we tried to “help” and learn. Once again, we were very impressed with Liberty and highly recommend them for your repairs!

My washing machine had stopped spinning. When I called Liberty to get a repair person to come out the repairman asked me a few questions and gave me instructions over the phone to test the machine. Sure enough, everything he said was correct and the machine re-set and began working again. The wealth of knowledge he must have in order to be able to fix the problem "over the phone" amazed me. (the first company I called had no advice and quoted me $130 to have someone come take a look) Liberty has great customer service!! Call them first!!

I was googling for appliance repair for my dishwasher and came across Liberty Appliance Repair and which had great reviews. These reviews are accurate. Imran is reliable, solved the problem with effiency and is honest and fair.

He went above and beyond to help with this and I am very great full for his positivity and professionalism. He fixed my sink which was loose and leaking even though he isn't a plumber and didn't even charge me for that. Most important though is he restored a bit of my faith in humanity which is priceless. I have really been struggling to find help since I lost my leg so this was a huge difference and I will be forever grateful for his awesome help. You should definitely use him if you have any repairs needed

Our Washer had a leak, after closer inspection we found that there was a tear in the rubber gasket. We called Imran @ Liberty appliances. he came right on Time, he gave us basically his cost on the parts and was very reasonable with the labor as well. I'm more then confident to recommend his services and business to anyone that needs their appliances repaired without getting ripped Off by Sleazy repairmen.

We hired Imran to fix our 4 year old refrigerator as it had ice sheets building up in the freezer and there was water leaking from the freezer into the fridge.
