Had a problem with my front load washer. Called Liberty because of its positive reviews. I was not disappointed. Had my washer up and running quickly. My children will be happy they do not have to learn to hand wash their clothes I would definitely recommend Liberty and would use them again. Thanks.

I called Liberty and explained the problem with my front load washer and had mentioned that I took video of it. He asked for me to send it to his phone so he could have a look. Within a few minutes he texted back telling me that the bearing had gone in the washer & that it was time to buy a new one. I thanked him for his honesty & quick response. Irman is extremely skillful and knowledgeable. He was very clear on what/why something was done. He quickly diagnosed that there was a clog inside my washer. The fact that we have stacked washer and dryers in a small closet makes this a very challenging task. He still handled it like a pro!
