Liberty is quick to respond to questions/concerns and sent a tech to repair my fridge on a day that worked for me. The work was done quickly and efficiently and my fridge is back to normal. I was impressed by the communication with this company. I was told there would be a call between 8:30 and 9 to set a 2 hour window. The call came at 8:38 and the time was well within the window. Jule was prompt, efficient, professional and neat. I only wish I had known about the warranty procedure, but that is down to my ignorance.

Recommended from a friend, I called Liberty Appliance repair to come look at my fridge which wasn’t cooling, and I’ve was melting. To my surprise, they were able to come the very next day☺️. We discovered a new part should do the trick, as our tech was able to diagnose an issue. They were even able to get the part and come back earlier than expected due to the fridge completely shutting down. Cost was discussed up front, tech was knowledgeable, experienced, and I would definitely call them again in future. Thankyou for saving my fridge.

Even though I have fairly new appliances, I have used Liberty Appliance Repair four times in the past 7 years and highly recommend them. The service from Imran has always been great. He is very knowledgeable and responds quickly when help is needed. It’s no fun having a washer or dryer not working when the laundry is piling up, or a gas oven that can’t maintain temperature and dinner needs to be baked. Every time I have needed a repair, it has been fixed promptly and professionally by Imran.
