Fast, friendly & professional service. They accomodated our needs right away & had a tech at our place in 30 mins! I forgot to get the tech's name (mentioned he had family in the Philippines), but he was super kind & informative as he worked to figure out the issue with our fridge. Very reasonably priced. On a Sunday: "No less". This "So Friendly" Technician. Came on time. Repaired our fridges, (IKEA) Ice Maker. Removed the bottom: freezer door, and shelves. Repaired the ice making machine, reinstalled. Even realigned the two shelves in the freezer. So they glide once again. Quick efficient, new exactly what he was doing. No time wasted. The price: WOW! was expecting. $300. But No. It was soooo reasonable. I will tell friends & neighbours about this excellent Company & Employee. A big. THANK YOU!

Great service, had small issue with washing machine not using cold water but ended up being a super small and easy fix. Appreciate these guys and their honesty, could’ve easily up charged me for a more expensive repair. Will use them again. Price was reasonable as well.

We have used Liberty a few times. Most recently was to fix an issue with the water dispenser in our Samsung fridge. Jule knew right away what the issue was and fixed it promptly at a reasonable cost.

Today we had the best experience ever with any repair service. We used Liberty Appliance Repair two years ago to service our LG stove. At the time the owner, Emran(not sure of spelling)came out and serviced our appliance, showed up on time and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and an all round nice person. Today our LG fridge needed servicing and because we were so pleased with the servicing before, we didn’t hesitate to call Liberty again. Jules, an employee came out. He was so efficient, gave us information that even the manual didn’t have and was such a very likable person.
