I contacted Liberty and spoke to Imran to schedule an appointment for a dryer issue in my condo. He accommodated the day and time I requested. Dishwasher not draining - chronic problem. Request put in Friday before long weekend. They called 90 min after booking online. Jule showed up next day, diagnosed the problem (defective pump) and explained repair, parts, ETA. He came back next business day as promised after long weekend. Dishwasher works great. No suprises or hidden costs, easy to pay/invoice. Very happy customer. Will use again. If I could do more than 5 stars I would.
